Customer service is our number one priority at SwiftPaws!  We've set up a support center with helpful articles about SwiftPaws.  If you ever need additional support, just email us at support@swiftpaws.com!

Shipping

Shipping Do you ship overseas?

At this time we only ship to the contiguous United States. The SwiftPaws App is not available for download outside of the US at this time, and we are unable to offer product support outside of the US.  We hope to be able to offer our products to international customers in the future!

How long will it take to get my order?

Most orders arrive within 5-8 business days.

Returns

What is your return policy? We're proud to offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you want to return your purchase for any reason, email us at support@swiftpaws.com and we promise to help process your return. 

Warranty

Does SwiftPaws offer a warranty? 

SwiftPaws products come with a one (1) year limited product warranty covering manufacturer’s defects, assuming normal use.  Email support@swiftpaws.com and we will help!
